Great place Great people I recently bought a vehicle from Coughlin Ford of Johnstown. My salesman Dave Smith went above and beyond for me. He found a truck with more of the options I was looking for than a truck I had found going to various other dealer's websites. The truck he found me was actually CHEAPER than the one I found! During the whole process Dave kept me well informed of where the truck was and what was being done to it. He never failed to return a call or text to answer my questions. All in all this was the best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. I've also got to thank Jay Shepler for pointing out new tax laws that could have cost me a lot of money down the road. We came to a early on deal, with my trade, sight unseen. I also ask Shawn if their was a Company around their dealership that could put a painted fiberglass cover on the truck before I picked it up, since I live in Cincinnati, Oh and it would help me out saving me two trips. Shawn, set it up, and ordered the cover. In the mean time, I was scheduled for back surgery, and cannot make the trip to trade vehicles. Shawn said; no problem, we will deliver it. I told him the back of my truck was loaded, and I could not unload it; again he said no problem, we will do it when we deliver the 2015 Ford truck to you. Now understand something - I have never been to this dealership, or met any of their staff! This took a huge burden off my chest. These people are AWESOME!!! You can bet the next time I am ready for a vehicle, I will be going back to Coughlin Ford. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Wonderful experience - Great people! I've been obsessing over the Ford Focus ST for about half a year now. Long nights of research, drooling, and dreaming online for he past 6 months. Decided to drop the hammer yesterday and began calling lots. Called Germain first, then remembered that a friend of mine told me to check out Coughlin, so I did. Spoke with Shawn Hubbard, who is a funny and no BS kind of guy. I asked him for a quote, which was good enough that I didn't even have room to haggle with him. He got the car driven up from Circleville, and 2.5 hours later I test drove it. 3-4 hours after that, I owned it. Shawn gave me a great deal on my trade-in as well, which I didn't expect to get. Like I said, I researched this car for six months; to the point that my beautiful wife stopped asking what I was doing when she would call to chat.... She knew, she knew. Also, I wanna thank the man who helped me with my financing, whose name slips my mind. I apologize for that! However, he was low stress and very honest with me regarding what the warranties cover. All around, I appreciated the honesty and integrity both individuals displayed throughout the whole experience. I will definitely put the good word out there for this business.... Now... to get my wife to switch from GM to Ford. Tricky, tricky. More
