He was very patient with me ( I was there for a while trying to decide which car I wanted). They had several great deals that day and I was very happy with that. The thing that brought me in was the fact that I could do no money down (depending on credit). I knew my credit was good so I went with it. I am very pleased and I would recommend them. We had a very ROCKY beginning to our Coughlin Nissan experience but MATT DILLON stepped in and took care of making this mistake on their part a positive outcome. He worked with us and we came to a satisfactory resolution. We both compromised. They met the ad amount but instead of zero down we put 1500.00 to get the the correct 369.00 before taxes. We are ok with this. They did their best to get to their figure in the ad without a major loss. Matt went well beyond what any other person would have done. He sat with us and went over every detail of the car which helped tremendously. He was great to do business with and we intend on calling upon him once we are ready to purchase a car for our daughter. Things may have started off a little rocky but they have ended with a five star rating!! More
