Shortly after the purchase he discovered many many things wro My husband purchased a truck from Coughlin Automotive in London Ohio in October of 2016. Shortly after the purchase he discovered many many things wrong with the truck costing us thousands of dollars to fix. I left a one star review on Coughlins Facebook page and wrote a small summary of what had happened. Coughlin management contacted my husband FINALLY after receiving the run around for several weeks and stated that if the Facebook post was removed they would "work with him" to repair the truck. I removed the post and now Coughlin will not return our calls. Do not purchase a vehicle from these people! More

Unfortunately for us, Bill Markley was like a shark that had smelled blood. He took advantage of our naivety and really screwed us. We knew as soon as we left that we'd made a mistake and it was too late. To add insult to injury, Bill and the entire staff were unfriendly and unwilling to work with us after we realized we'd been sold a true xxxxx. The vehicle that we purchased had a long list of problems and unbeknownst to us, had been in an accident. We waited over an hour at the dealership while they "got it ready for us" and found out a week later that the oil hadn't even been changed, as evidenced by the sludge living in the oil pan. We were flat out lied to on more than one occasion when dealing with Bill and Dominic and so badly regret our decision to purchase from their dealership. Never, ever, ever again. They couldn't PAY ME to buy another vehicle there. Do yourself a favor an go somewhere else. Like, anywhere else. More
