You'll be happy that you did. Recently my service light came on. I took my car to Craig Hix in Coughlin's service department. He went over everything with me. GM said the parts needed were on back order. Craig did everything possible to get the parts. He made several calls to GM to expedite delivery of the parts. The service he provided was outstanding. He went above any other service that I've had anywhere in the past. There are some people who just go through the motions. But Craig is different. He cares and will make sure that your vehicle leaves in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Coughlin Automotive in London, OH. More

Poor service after they take your money We paid $10,000 cash for a van with 4,000 miles. Two weeks later we still do not have the van. The salesman was greedy; took our money; then avoided taking any responsibility for the service work he promised would be done. We have it in writing but this happened only at my insistence before signing the paperwork. More
