More than just a sales experience I would highly recommend this dealership. On a chance we drove down to Chillicothe from Columbus looking for a used suv. He listened to what we were looking for and our budget. He treated us like family and explained our options and allowed my wife and I to discuss them without any hassle or aggressive sales pitch. It was such a relief, seeing how we had spoken to sales people from other dealerships that were not so welcoming, understanding, and even interested in anything other than selling us a car. I would happily drive the hour back to Coughlin Chevrolet of Chillicothe if I were in the market for another car. The general manager Andy Gilbert does a great job there! I have previously purchased multiple cars from Andy when he was in sales and even requested him at a previous dealership prior to our trip to Coughlin. Buy then they won't talk to you I bought a Chevy Traverse 2018 we dealt with a lady that only been there a year and didn't know all they stuff she had to print we waited quite a long I bought a Chevy Traverse 2018 we dealt with a lady that only been there a year and didn't know all they stuff she had to print we waited quite a long time, finally got in the Financial guy and he acted like he was mad the whole time we were in there don't get me wrong I appreciate them working with me but they were suppose to get me my 2nd key fob and she stated she would call and see where it is cause another dealer had it. Now all i'm getting is a run a around. Even the general manager sent me a email Thanking me for my Business i sent him back one Andy Gilbert and he won't even acknowledge the email my husband has called 4 times already and now this last time another lady will have them call us back but yet they don't so in all honesty I cannot give a better rating cause they wouldn't have a job if not for us customers. So i would buy from somewhere else and yes i will go on all social media and put this statement cause i don't like liars worst kinda of people. Thank You for letting me vent. But i really do love my new car just scared if i lose my fob and don't have the 2nd one. but yet i gave them my 2 keys on my trade in. go figure. More
