I had the car towed because it would not start. They billed me for a number og items, which were questionable. Last year I had a new battery put in by a different dealership. Also frustrating because it took 4 hours and I told them I just wanted a new battery. Well, 3 weeks later, my car would not start. I charged it and took it to the first dealership. It turned out it was a bad battery, again. They replaced it and charged me $200 for replacing it. It really does not encourage me to buy an other Cadilac. Julie More

2004 Cts-v I recently purchased a 2004 Cts-v from Orange Cadillac and was sold as a clean title vehicle. A few days ago my mechanic/ body guy inspected it and fo I recently purchased a 2004 Cts-v from Orange Cadillac and was sold as a clean title vehicle. A few days ago my mechanic/ body guy inspected it and found out the passenger rear quarter panel had been replaced. I brought this up to Ty and Van (sales managers) and they said they never knew the car was in an accident. I ask if their used cars go through a thorough inspection and they said yes, so how can something like a rear quarter panel replacement get missed? On top of that they didn't want to take the vehicle back or do anything to satisfy me as a customer. He did offer me a complimentary 1st oil change, which I denied because it was more of in insult than any help. They also mentioned that 98% of used cars on the road have had some kind of body work done to them and they sell cars like that all the time. If this is their business practice, this is the first and last time I do business with them. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you do care of purchasing a used vehicles with some kind of body work done to it and not be fully disclosed to you. More
