No Pressure, Great Deals, Talk To Ben Bergman I had been looking for a truck for over a year. I had gone to Hardin, Penske, Simpson GMC and I was not impressed with their service. Some of those de I had been looking for a truck for over a year. I had gone to Hardin, Penske, Simpson GMC and I was not impressed with their service. Some of those dealers listed smoking deals and when I came in those trucks were already "sold". Yet no one called me and let me come in anyway for a truck with $10,000 less value. Then I went to Suburban GMC. Ben Bergman came out to greet me. He grabbed the keys to the truck I was interested and we took a test drive. Even though he wa on the Cadillac side, he was really knowledgeable about the GMC Sierra I ended up buying. He was really cool, not smooth or slick like most car salesmen. He didn't pressure. He gave me a price, worked with me on terms and I bought the truck and I didn't feel slimy or greasy afterwards or that someone was trying to take me for all I was worth. I had a great experience and I continue to have a great experience with their dealership. I am here now getting my car washed for free, which is nice. Don't waste your time elsewhere, talk to Ben Bergman and he will take care of you. - Very satisfied customer. More
Completely unresponsive and disorganized We dropped our Yukon Denali off for recall service. They were nice at drop-off and provided us with a nice loaner. The problems began after drop-of We dropped our Yukon Denali off for recall service. They were nice at drop-off and provided us with a nice loaner. The problems began after drop-off. We called multiple times during the week for an update but no one could provide a status update. Our sales advisor was never there and no one else knew anything. Over a week has passed and still no word on what is wrong or when we will get the car back. Wondering whether to report to the police as theft. I give them two stars for the nice loaner. Sal was very polite when we dropped the car off. The people answering the phone, while completely clueless, were also friendly. More
BEST SERVICE EVER! I took my husband's 2010 Terrain into this GMC dealer after having HORRIBLE experiences at the local dealer where he bought it. After years of being I took my husband's 2010 Terrain into this GMC dealer after having HORRIBLE experiences at the local dealer where he bought it. After years of being treated like dirt, I called the GMC dealer in Costa Mesa. It was the BEST thing I could have done! . Our Terrain needed a recall item (the other local dealer couldn't seem to get the part and the employees in service and SALES were always snooty and rude, seriously weird since my hubby and I are both highly educated professionals!). GMC Costa Mesa immediately "special ordered" the part and called me when it arrived two days later. When I went in for service, I was blown away by how helpful EVERYONE was! I was greeted with smiles and assistance from the moment I got out of my car...and NOT in a bad way! No sales pitch. No pressure. Just nice people who actually ENJOY their work. Very refreshing! My service rep was Cruz Pena, but Fred Lockett, Jim Olson and Ana the cashier were all great. Our terrain needs more work, but Cruz asked me to come back in 1,500 miles to verify the root of the problem before spending $$$. I actually look forward to going back. GREAT JOB GMC COSTA MESA, Cruz, Fred, Jim, and Ana...YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER! Robin B. More

Thieves and worst Customer Sevice n Oct 2016 I was coming up on my Lease and was called by now Suburban Buick Cadillac GMC(former Orange Coast) and being a little over in mileage they n Oct 2016 I was coming up on my Lease and was called by now Suburban Buick Cadillac GMC(former Orange Coast) and being a little over in mileage they said I was eligible for Pull Ahead program program, even lead me to believe it was offered by the finance company. i told the salesmen Michael Dougherty that I was a month ahead and he made it seem I was getting a month credit towards wear and tear or excess mileage. A week after I returned the lease I got bill from the finance company for $29,000 so i called they informed they never heard of a pull ahead program, but that was due to early termination and will receive a follow up bill. I immediately stopped my down payment and made my first payment to my new Finance company. I reviewed all loan documentation there in one paper says pull ahead no details no explanation and Michael Dougherty never explained anything in detail, and I have repeatedly asked for the detailed document from the paperwork I signed and why I am being Billed the 4 month. And All Mark McKellop is asking me to come in go line by line and confuse me with archaic loan documentation. The leasing company explained they were sending a bill for the remaining 4 payments and any wear and tear in the next 4 to 6 weeks. During this time maybe I was gullible to trusting or Michael Dougherty used the fear of the excess milage to blind me on the price. Since it was 2016 Model ever 2016 on the lot had a $4500 rebate and the car was a previous loaner so it had 3700 miles so he said he was giving me an additional $3000 off sticker price. I researched Truecar and Kelly Blue Book and for my exact car from GM dealer with same Mileage and previous Loaner I overpaid by a conservative average of $7000 and these vehicles were at Sticker Price. I e-mailed Michael Dougherty explaining my frustration he passed the buck and said to contact finance department. I guess the one who makes the commission does not take ownership of the sale. Michael Dougherty biggest concern throughout the process was to make sure I give him all 10's on his survey. I was then Contacted by Mark McKellop who offered to go line by line of the document, I am not sure they are understanding what is wong. First they ripped me off the car Charged me on average $7000 over current market price second sold me on "Pull Ahead" Program that i still have to pay the 4 payment for turning the car 4 months early. They told me they gave me $7500 off. When the car was Brand new prior to be uses as a loaner and having 3700 miles , the sticker price being referred to was the new Sicker as a Used Loaner being sold as New Car. It was sticker price after it was used became a loaner the 3000 off you are claiming is from when it was brand new. WHEN IT IS A LOANER CAR WITH 3700 MILES AND HAS A NEW YES NEW STICKER PRICE AND YOU TELL ME YOU GIVING ME AN ADDITIONAL $3000 OFF. It is logical to think it is from thn the new sticker price. More
