This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. From the operator answering the phones( who by the way has no idea what is going on in the dealership name of employees ect.) I ended up driving to Martins and buying my Escalade from there. What was really astonishing was the fact that even the GM of the dealership would not return my phone calls or emails and always seemed to be in meetings when I swung by the dealership. I will not go back beware this is no way to treat customers that WANT to make a purchase. More
This morning, as it began to rain, the window on the driver's side door of my 2002 Buick Century would not roll-up. I immediately went to the dealer nearest my office, which is Orange Coast Buick GMC Ca driver's side door of my 2002 Buick Century would not roll-up. I immediately went to the dealer nearest my office, which is Orange Coast Buick GMC Cadillac. This was about 9:30 AM. There was a bit of a line, but still two service employees immediately greeted me: Greg Smith and Scott Pritchett. They were both friendly and realized that I needed this repair as soon as possible. Scott informed me that it would take approximately 30 minutes for the technician to determine the problem (it was about 20 minutes) and invited me to wait in customer lounge. The lounge spacious and, while I waited, I was treated to coffee and donuts, which was a blessing since I hadn't stopped for breakfast. Scott soon informed me what needed to be repaired, how long it would take, and how much it would cost (a little steeper than expected). He also informed me that they had a shuttle service that would take me to my office, and then pick me up when my car was ready. The time frame and cost (actually a little less) where right on target. Plus, Greg, who was my driver, was friendly without being too talkative. He even offered me a bottle of water to and from, which was nice since I was thirsty. Another nice thing about the shuttle service is I didn't have to wait forever for the driver to take me to my office or to pick me up when my car was ready. When I paid my bill, even the two ladies at the counter (didn't get their names) were cheerful and polite. This type of customer service is something I haven't seen from a major corporation in years. I was so impressed that I took the time to speak with the General Manager, Jim Sarvey, so that I could compliment his staff. Well, he was just as upbeat and friendly as the employees I encountered. It's clear that this is a top-down attitude. I will definitely do business with this dealership again. More
My experience with South Coast auto Plaza, was great I bout a 2011 CTS-V wagon in black diamond. I had to order the car, this was the first time I had to order a car, but the sales staff at South Coast a bout a 2011 CTS-V wagon in black diamond. I had to order the car, this was the first time I had to order a car, but the sales staff at South Coast auto Plaza made sure every thing was going well. I was always keep up to dates and every one I spoke with at South Cost auto Plaza seem to go out of there way to make sure I was happy with every thing. Why did I go to a dealer ship that was over an hour away from my home be cause they where the first one that did not try to tell me I had to pay over sticker because it was a V model, At no time did I ever get the felling that I was getting played by the sales staff. My sales man was John Mendola and from the start he was very up front and very help full. This was a good start in my mind. But what my wife and I really appreciated was the GM of South Cost auto Plaza Mike Marin took time to stop and talk to us and thank us personally for buying a car from South Coast auto Plaza. Mike and John both keep me up to date with emails, on my order. And I do believe they did ever thing they could to make sure my wife and I where very happy. My wife and I both have are own CTS-Vs her 2011 CTS-V sedan and my 2011 CTS-V wagon thanks to South Coast auto Plaza. I would most defiantly recommend South Coast auto Plaza to any one. One of the most important things about this experience with South Coast auto Plaza was that my wife wanted to see the CTS-V wagon being delivered and on loaded from the truck. Well John and Mike made it happen, on the day it was to be delivered to South Coast auto Plaza, John had told us it would be there some time from 7:00 am to 7:30am, My wife and I showed up at 6:45am. Not wanting to miss a thing, John was already there waiting with his video cam, for us. We only waited about 30 to 45min and sure enough here comes a big truck but with only one car on it, ours. We could not believe that they would only put one car on this big truck, but they did. So we able to see it being on loaded and we have it on video as well. John and Mike and South Coast auto Plaza truly went the extra mile for us, and we are very happy they did. More

He made the options very clearly and was easy to deal with. we love our escalade More
