His competence and care about the customers' well being makes one feel important. For example, my rental car was usually there for my use before I signed the work order. He is also very direct, and is willing to share his experiences in the field in order to help you understand not only your vehicle but also how the GMC service works. (Considering some of the financial difficulties the car maker had in the recent years, the GMC organization is working amazingly well, now!) By the way, this is my second GMC Sierra 1500 Z71. Came in to look at some used cars I wasn't to sure if I wanted to go with a Cadillac CTS or xxx. I have shopped at other dealer with rude and pushy sales men I was glad Jose wasn't one of them he let me test drive a few cars gave me plenty of options and let me make the choice.
