I received horrible customer service. I took my vehicle in because my check engine light was on and I was directed towards the lounge area. I was NOT told to talk to anyone. I waited for over an hour only in because my check engine light was on and I was directed towards the lounge area. I was NOT told to talk to anyone. I waited for over an hour only to discover my vehicle hadn’t been touched. When I informed someone, they told me I should have talked to someone sitting at a desk (what they should have told me in the first place). I’ve never worked with anyone in the desk area before so how was I supposed to know? I received no apology from anyone. I was just told to come back the next day. What a waste of time. Absolutely disgraceful. More

Had appointment in late February to inspect engine for fluid leaking on ground and on some parts of engine. "Head mechanic" said there was nothing wrong. When I questioned his findings by opening hood and showing him fluids on hoses he was very rude and took offense to me questioning his findings. He walked away. The woman who was assigned to me was very apologetic and could see the fluids also. Not being a mechanic, she said there was nothing she could do. Took vehicle to another Automotive service center and found the leaks were transmission cooler lines and a power steering line. Easy fix. Problem solved. Apparently Corwin didn't want my business anymore. No, I do not, nor will I recommend Corwin Toyota. More
Outrageous place Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. Ended up paying over $100 more than that, I am sure due to them not having on hand the part needed (altho Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. They used a remanufacured alternator that costed DOUBLE what it should have. I can only chalk this up to, again, them not having the part on hand and having to pay extra for urgent delivery which I had to flip the bill for. Complete crass. More

Saved my trip While leaving Fargo on I -29, a plastic “tray” under the front of the car partially came off. I managed to limp to the dealership. Their technician While leaving Fargo on I -29, a plastic “tray” under the front of the car partially came off. I managed to limp to the dealership. Their technician was able to screw it back on and get me on my way. They insisted on not charging me! They were so nice and very quick. I wouldn’t have been able to go the 75 miles home to Grand Forks if they hadn’t done this for me. Thank you so much. More
Mishandled completely! I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to for I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to ford perhaps its a recall....then they messed up my loan paperwork and called to ask me for an additional $1000 and its been 3 weeks and they still have not paid off my trade in loan. Service We took in our vehicle to Corwin. They told us the extended warranty covered the problem. 3 days later they said the part was not covered. I called T We took in our vehicle to Corwin. They told us the extended warranty covered the problem. 3 days later they said the part was not covered. I called Toyota corporate. They said they would cover half the labor. Corwin fixed our vehicle. Now the blinker is out and they charged more than what corporate said we would have to pay. They also did the job in half the time and said they were changing us the full time from the original estimate. They said they can do that. More
