I purchased a car with squeaky brakes in September of 2024. We brought it in and was told the brakes were fine and they resolved the issues. They were still squeaky. After trying to get ahold of Corwin for weeks, I called a courtesy driver number who was able finally to get me in touch with the service. My husband and I left multiple messages with Andy who never returned our calls. I also left a message with a last name, Wheeler(?), who also never returned our calls. After bringing it in a second time, they could not recreate the squeak to which my husband had to leave work, come in, and recreate/witness the squeak in front of an employee (which was recommended by an employee.) I was not notified of progress or updates then called in after a few days later to someone who said it was ready. A text saying it was ready appeared shortly after. The entire experience was disappointing to say the least. More
Service department seems very incompetent. I made an appointment to repair the auto start, just to be told the guy was booked out for the day when I got there. Has to reschedule.
