Went for electric problems for a '11 Sienna bought from Corwin Chrysler. Learned the hard way that dealers don't inspect and pry on naive customers like me. Anyway it cost me 2500+ to get alternator, battery and change plugs. Picked up the car and drove away, an hour later I have a bunch of codes, running rough and stalling. Next day I call "Saturday" told of course I can come in which I do just to be told in person that they can't do anything until Monday -they could have told me over the phone but where is the fun in that Monday comes (after 3 days of lost peak income) and I go in, several hours later it turns out that some sensor was loose. Technician didn't really put it back together right in the first time. Until now I still feel something is wrong with the car but I can't tell what it is, it just doesn't feel right if that makes sense. No matter what, never visiting again (except for the oil change that I already paid) I have nothing personal against the gentlemen I dealt with, they were extra kind and accommodating but the experience itself was bad More
