My last service was a tire rotation that took nearly 90 minutes, even with a scheduled appointment. I would like to trust that the recommended maintenance services are truly needed, but I don't. My car was returned after one servicing without a hubcap and with a dead battery. I found the service team left an interior light on while changing the oil and rotating the tires. And they claimed the hubcap was missing prior to me coming in. The vehicle also was not due at the time for an oil change. There were no apologies or accountability. More
