Very poor customer service. I called the week prior to make an appointment to have a new key cut for our Toyota Rav4. I was told by Scott, in the service department, that it would be about 15-20 minutes a make an appointment to have a new key cut for our Toyota Rav4. I was told by Scott, in the service department, that it would be about 15-20 minutes and it was scheduled for Monday the following week. This was after I told Scott what type of key we needed and provided the VIN number (of which we he didn't even ask for). He transferred me to Lori, in the customer service department, to get a price quote as my daughter was bringing the vehicle in. Lori quoted my $80. My daughter brought the vehicle in and waited an hour and a half!!! Not to mention, when she got there, Lori asked her what type of key she needed. I had already explained all of this when I scheduled the appointment. Good thing my daughter knew what type of key I wanted. The total bill was $137!!! That is hardly the $80 that I was originally quoted. I can understand this, but to make someone wait for an hour and a half after being told it would only be 15-20 minutes, is TERRIBLE!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Our time is just as important. Don't get me wrong, I understand if you were busy. Then, at the very least, come out and let my daughter know it is going to be longer than expected!!! Very bad customer service from the beginning. We are a family of five, looking for 2 new vehicles, we will not being doing it at Corwin Toyota. More
It was difficult to rate. The quality and level have gone down since 2013...disappointed. one employee who worked on cars has been fired. He broke the stem on my tire so he could replace it. That trip cost me $99. After my car accident, I decided to get another RAV 4. I felt hustled by a person in service and sales. I got an average deal, high end of Blue Book reviews. Recently I had an appointment to bring in my car to change out to eat snow tires. Service person said it wasn't busy. Well, i was there at 1:00 and i didn't get my car until after 4:00. About 3:00 i tried calling the service person's cell. It went to VM. They looked and couldn't find him....said he probably went to lunch. When I found my car it was in the bay area and no one was doing anything...no tires..no employee. When this service person came back..I've know him for 8 years...he said, "Oh, I thought you had already gone." End result I rated my 2011 RAVE 4 a 4.7. I'm rating my 2016 RAV 4 a 3.5. I won't buy another Toyota because the quality of the SUV and the service department has been a disappointment. My next vehicle will be an EV and the brand won't be Toyota....so disappointing all around. It wasn't always that way, but customer service and the words spoken do matter. More

Unimpressed in the strongest sense of the word. They are disrespectful. They don't value your time. Went in for a recall, they had the car for 4 hours and then realized they didn't have the necessary part ( disrespectful. They don't value your time. They are just unwilling to work with their customers. Will try my best to avoid this dealership going forward. Used to be much better in the past, but have declined recently. More
I have been in for oil changes & 3 months ago I was in had the o/c the drain plug was stripped out & they put in a larger plug which didn’t seal. They ordered a new plan but It was the wrong one.Not going had the o/c the drain plug was stripped out & they put in a larger plug which didn’t seal. I received horrible customer service. I took my vehicle in because my check engine light was on and I was directed towards the lounge area. I was NOT told to talk to anyone. I waited for over an hour only in because my check engine light was on and I was directed towards the lounge area. I was NOT told to talk to anyone. I waited for over an hour only to discover my vehicle hadn’t been touched. When I informed someone, they told me I should have talked to someone sitting at a desk (what they should have told me in the first place). I’ve never worked with anyone in the desk area before so how was I supposed to know? I received no apology from anyone. I was just told to come back the next day. What a waste of time. Absolutely disgraceful. More

Had appointment in late February to inspect engine for fluid leaking on ground and on some parts of engine. "Head mechanic" said there was nothing wrong. When I questioned his findings by opening hood and showing him fluids on hoses he was very rude and took offense to me questioning his findings. He walked away. The woman who was assigned to me was very apologetic and could see the fluids also. Not being a mechanic, she said there was nothing she could do. Took vehicle to another Automotive service center and found the leaks were transmission cooler lines and a power steering line. Easy fix. Problem solved. Apparently Corwin didn't want my business anymore. No, I do not, nor will I recommend Corwin Toyota. More
Outrageous place Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. Ended up paying over $100 more than that, I am sure due to them not having on hand the part needed (altho Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. They used a remanufacured alternator that costed DOUBLE what it should have. I can only chalk this up to, again, them not having the part on hand and having to pay extra for urgent delivery which I had to flip the bill for. Complete crass. More
