I would give this dealership a zero rating, if possible… Had the absolute worst experience, and the car We bought is in terrible condition. We were basically bullied into taking the vehicle since The original vehicle we were supposed to get did not have the features that we bought it for and we drove all the way up from Phoenix Arizona, so we didn't really have a choice not to bring back a vehicle. We ended up taking home a 2020 Ford Explorer xx, and The blinker switch was broken, The interior was not detailed and in atrocious condition, the brake rotors were shot, the windshield wipers were worn, the back tail light was cracked, The air filter was filthy and torn, the lock button is missing on the driver side rear door, and the sunshade is broken. Not to mention, there was sticky crap in all the cupholders. It looks like the vehicle had been taken care of by a six-year-old child not a 4 star dealership. We will be warning all of our family and friends never to buy from the dealership again. More

I visited this dealership on Saturday 9/23 to replace front brake pads on my Lexus GX which were not even completely due but just out of abundance of caution. Less than a few miles after driving the vehi front brake pads on my Lexus GX which were not even completely due but just out of abundance of caution. Less than a few miles after driving the vehicle, my brakes locked with tires burning smell all over. I had to tow the vehicle on a Sunday night and bring it to the dealership. After trying to avoid responsibility, they finally admitted that a caliper bolt was not properly tightened and got lost. Ross, the service advisor was so casual about this with no apology on something that might have killed my family if we were driving on a highway. They said they will refund tow service but I have not heard from them yet. The only reason I visited this place is that they are Toyota dealers and there are no Lexus dealership in town. More
I had an amazing experience at this Toyota Dealership. I was traveling cross country alone and the hood of my car started to shake alarmingly up and down. I looked up a dealership in the next city which I was traveling cross country alone and the hood of my car started to shake alarmingly up and down. I looked up a dealership in the next city which was Fargo and took my car in. David immediately got the mechanic Larry to look at it, realized the whole bolt holding the latch down had come off, replaced it, and I was on my way on my long trip in 20 minutes. I am incredibly grateful for this kind of service. Thank you David! More

I was refunded for tire rotation that was not done and reimbursed for tire repair that occured the following week after they were supposed to fix a s I was refunded for tire rotation that was not done and reimbursed for tire repair that occured the following week after they were supposed to fix a slow leak, It became a large issue after they tried to fix it. The tire place that fixed it showed me how messed up the tire was. I feel its fair I was reimbursed. I did also miss work due to this issue. But satisfied. More
Took new tire with my car so that they can install it, instead they put their own tire on it.
