I get great service at Corwin! ! Thank you. All folks are friendly and polite, and I’m kept up to date as to what needs to be done next. My RAV4 is a 2010 with 262,000 miles. ! Thank you. Very easy to work with. They always let us know about the condition of something from the inspection and ask us if we want to fix the problem. Very helpful. They always let us know about the condition of something from the inspection and ask us if we want to fix the problem. Very helpful. More
Sold me a truck with a bad transmission and then said it was my job to find a new transmission and they'd give me some money but couldn't tell me how much. was my job to find a new transmission and they'd give me some money but couldn't tell me how much. More
Dealership is okay. I had to push to get a new CB installed without additional cost by pointing out that it would literally take probably 15 minutes to pull the old CV out and push the new CV in, since it was already all apart. Also, I had a 10mm bolt that I accidentally broke right before bringing it in, that held the brake line bracket on the UCA on the same side he was working on. I had zip ties it on. I thought about asking to have him try to get the broken bolt out and put in a new one, but forgot and then waited to see if he would. For a $3500 service I was hopeful. He did not touch it, which is fine. I took the vehicle straight to Gateway Nissan for an alignment, since they specialize in lifted trucks. They did a flat rate $125 alignment and when the tech brought me the keys, he said, “I notice the brake line bracket was zip tied on and there was a broken bolt, so I removed that for you and installed a new bolt.” I was shocked that he did that, and he did not even charge me for it. THAT’S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. And I was very grateful. It was disappointing that at Corwin Toyota, after spending so much, they could not do this little extra service. More
They are easy to work with. Just need to do better at telling me when the vehicle is ready. Told me too soon and I stood in bay for about 10 min waiting. Just need to do better at telling me when the vehicle is ready. Told me too soon and I stood in bay for about 10 min waiting. More
