Communication is HORRIBLE throughout the entire facility. Trying to make an appointment is a long painful process. You get transferred everywhere because no one answers or call it gets dropped. Also if you talked to one person no one else will talk to you, you have to talk to the original person. If you leave a message no one calls back. Brought my vehicle in for 3 services. It took 6 hours to do 1 of the services because the other 2 didn't get communicated to the tech. Everything kept getting blamed on network issues. I understand that causing problems but you can talk to the tech face to face. So I now have to bring it back in for the other 2 services, one is from them braking a clip last time. After they replaced my wheel they put the spare in the back of my highlander not in the designated spot under my car. We have always had our vehicle serviced here, but the last year the service has not been continously worsening. More

Corwin's service department is very prompt and courteous. Generally they can get my car in for service work within a day or two of calling.
