Bait and switch! Belal promised to sell my son a new vehicle at an agreed upon price, but then said my son couldn’t have the agreed-upon vehicle and offered him a different vehicle at the same price. The new vehicle was a significant step down from the other vehicle, but we were told we had to pay the same price, which amounted to nearly $6,000.00 over MSRP. When I stepped in to prevent my son from being taken advantage of, Belal laughed at me and told me I should stop letting my son have a credit card because when was still going to charge me $500.00 for canceling the purchase. If cars are so valuable that you can sell them for $6000 over MSRP, then why gouge people $500.00 for canceling an order that was a bait and switch? Hope the $500 was worth it to them, because now I’m going to make sure the world knows about this place and the unethical business practices in which they engage. Very shady and underhanded to take advantage of a new buyer who is buying his first new car. Corwin used to be a reputable business. What happened to you guys? It’s the epitome of a rip off joint now. Swarmy sales guys and unethical business practices. More

I was shocked to see this business somehow had 4 stars for a review. I sold them a car December 10th, 2021 after looking up my vehicles value on Kelly blue book and being contacted by them that they wante for a review. I sold them a car December 10th, 2021 after looking up my vehicles value on Kelly blue book and being contacted by them that they wanted to buy my vehicle. I was told once they pay off my lien and get the title they would send me the extra payoff they owe me (over $3k). It has now almost been 7 weeks and I have still not received a check. I have called and texted them multiple times because the vehicle was paid off December 13th and I contacted my lien holder December 22 and they stated they mailed off the title already so where is my check? No one seems to be able to be honest about having the title and the vehicle has been on their lot since about a week after I sold the vehicle. Even if you have to drive out of town for a vehicle you want, do it if it means staying far away from Corwin’s. Everyone in town knows they are beyond shady and I’ve heard so many stories about their shady doings. More

Very poor customer service. I called the week prior to make an appointment to have a new key cut for our Toyota Rav4. I was told by Scott, in the service department, that it would be about 15-20 minutes a make an appointment to have a new key cut for our Toyota Rav4. I was told by Scott, in the service department, that it would be about 15-20 minutes and it was scheduled for Monday the following week. This was after I told Scott what type of key we needed and provided the VIN number (of which we he didn't even ask for). He transferred me to Lori, in the customer service department, to get a price quote as my daughter was bringing the vehicle in. Lori quoted my $80. My daughter brought the vehicle in and waited an hour and a half!!! Not to mention, when she got there, Lori asked her what type of key she needed. I had already explained all of this when I scheduled the appointment. Good thing my daughter knew what type of key I wanted. The total bill was $137!!! That is hardly the $80 that I was originally quoted. I can understand this, but to make someone wait for an hour and a half after being told it would only be 15-20 minutes, is TERRIBLE!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Our time is just as important. Don't get me wrong, I understand if you were busy. Then, at the very least, come out and let my daughter know it is going to be longer than expected!!! Very bad customer service from the beginning. We are a family of five, looking for 2 new vehicles, we will not being doing it at Corwin Toyota. More
