We have bought more than one vehicle from this dealership, so obviously we like it. We got lucky with a great salesman this time who made the process so much better than previous times. He actuall dealership, so obviously we like it. We got lucky with a great salesman this time who made the process so much better than previous times. He actually was working for us and cared for us. I do think communication between the different departments needs to be improved which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. We had a couple occasions where this was supposed to happen, but that department didn't know or forgot and it delayed things. Communication seems to be lacking as a whole. More

It was a delightful experience. Our salesman had the two cars I was interested in all ready when we got there to test drive and he was very helpful when my husband had questions and Our salesman had the two cars I was interested in all ready when we got there to test drive and he was very helpful when my husband had questions and a good sense of humor to boot. Didn't feel pressured in anyway and he made us comfortable as we waited for the paperwork. And how nice it was to drive home with a freshly washed car full of gas.
