With our distance, there were obstacles since we weren't able to get to Fargo (for them to view my trade-in) by the time the car I wanted to buy was allocated to their dealership. So many cars being reserved before "hitting the lot" so hard for me to commit to a new vehicle without knowing a committed trade-in value; but Alex D. was terrific in his communications and made it work! He is very honest, and happy for us with our purchase. It IS exciting to get a new car, and he understands that. He was always very punctual in responding to my texts/emails. Very nice dealership! Clean, everyone friendly. They worked with me on the financing too. Heard of this dealership when our daughter went to college in Fargo a few years ago - had a terrific experience back then, so decided to give them a try when buying this new car.
