Three weeks ago I paid to have my cabin filter changed and new wiper blades put on. Realized this weekend when I went to use my wipers that they hadn’t been replaced. When they checked the filter that was and new wiper blades put on. Realized this weekend when I went to use my wipers that they hadn’t been replaced. When they checked the filter that wasn’t done either. I understand there were extenuating circumstances but my van was there for 3 days the first time around (because it was blocked in the shop by a service vehicle) for an oil change AND then I had to go back in and sit there. They could have offered some compensation. More
