When the vehicle was delivered to me, there were swirl marks on the clearcoat over the entire vehicle. There was a deep scratch on the grill most-likely from a technician leaning on the vehicle and rubbing against the paint with their belt buckle. That tells me an automotive blanket was not used to protect the customer's paint. And there were water spots all over the engine compartment like the vehicle had been on a joyride and driven through puddles. I'm not saying that's what happened, but you don't deliver a brand new vehicle to a customer with water spots inside the engine compartment and leave them to wonder how something like that happened. This clearly shows that they don't care. Drove the vehicle home and had it for a couple weeks, the supercharger belt started squeaking. Called the dealership to work something out. They said they would get back to me but never followed up. Had to call the dealership back several times to make sure we were on the same page regarding a solution to this problem. When I brought the vehicle in for repair, I clearly showed the staff that the supercharger belt had been shaving against something and there were rubber bits all over the engine compartment. After the service was performed, the rubber bits were not cleaned from the engine compartment. No workmanship.
