I purchased a used vehicle on November 24 not even 24hrs later my check engine light came on. I sent an email to my salesman and just wanted to return it and get my Yukon back and I was told there is a "no later my check engine light came on. I sent an email to my salesman and just wanted to return it and get my Yukon back and I was told there is a "no return policy ". He said bring it in and he will have a mechanic look at it. He came back and said it didn't show anything and reset it and if it comes back on today come back. Friday the 28th the light came back on and I was told to bring it back. Not only did the light came back on it was blowing cold air. He had a mechanic put it on the machine and it came back that there was a bad spark plug and i was low on antifreeze so he said if the light comes back on he will get the spark plugs changed and 3 days later it came back on and it started blowing cold air again. He told me to bring it in on Thursday so I did and then I get a message that they needed to order parts. Also the audio is off and no one seems to figure that out. It is now 5 days later and I have yet to hear anything about what's happening. All I want is my old vehicle back and I will gladly return the Edge. I am totally so unimpressed with the way I was treated. I think if you put a used vehicle on the lot it needs to be looked at better. I am so disappointed that all I have gotten was taken advantage of. More

I was having trouble with one of my payments to Toyota Financial. I had made many, many phone calls to the 800 number with no results. I went into the dealership and talked to Trent in Finance, and he k Financial. I had made many, many phone calls to the 800 number with no results.
