Since 1994 the service I have had at Toyota dealerships especially Corwin has always been amazing. So, we have been loyal Toyota drivers for years. Today, looking for a Highlander, we stopped in. No greeting from the receptionists (they were both laughing over something) and went to the Highland Today, looking for a Highlander, we stopped in. No greeting from the receptionists (they were both laughing over something) and went to the Highland on show floor. We opened every door, crawled inside, opened the hatch all the time with about 5 sales people with in 15 feet of us. Not one person greeted us. No one asked us if we had questions or needed help. We wanted to take one for a test drive. The nearest two salesmen (right next to the car) were talking and one got up and went to his computer with his back to us. The other wandered off. Apparently the dealership is making such good money, they don't want our business. We went across the street and bought a Kia Telluride. They are the best advertising for their neighbors. More
