Though I had to wait, she was so attentive and concerned about my wait that she got up twice to check on why there was a delay and reassure me that some one would be there with me soon. Thanks to Cornell, the Highlander was located and serviced to my satisfaction. He really went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied and briefed on the vehicle's operation before I left the dealership. Cheryl (Business Manager) was very helpful and efficient. She even went to bat for me (to expedite the application of the protection package we bought) so my wife did not miss out on a reunion trip she planned. We traveled many miles out of our way to get the Highlander we wanted, and from my experience with the staff at the dealership (especially Laura and Cornell), I recommend it. More
