He allowed me to take as much time as I needed, and did not rush my decision, and was more than willing to make what I needed work. He spent a tremendous amount of time cleaning my car so it had no evidence I took it for a test drive before I took it home, and was more than thorough when explaining all the features of the car and service provided.
