We went in looking for a new truck...unsure if we wanted a toyota.... Justin Thune was so beyond helpful!! There is so much truth about the statement, " Dealers are cheaters". I bought a new toyota from them a month ago. The sales person are good but follow their instructions to get more money out of Dealers are cheaters". I bought a new toyota from them a month ago. The sales person are good but follow their instructions to get more money out of their customers. So they are puppets or enslaved to work there and to make a living for themselves. They were helpful with everything but the price. I got the rebate of $500 dollars but I knew there was a graduate discount too. There was no combination of two discounts which I agreed. But when I went home and saw that graduate discount was $750, I thought they hid the fact from me. It was a mistake of me not to research before buying but it is also there duty to tell me which would yield me the best discounts. Had to deal a lot about the interest rate and monthly payment. Also they push you at the end to add extra coverages even if you say no once. Got the license plates but the tabs expires after two months in January. It doesn't seem a lot of cheating over there but they tried in every way to snatch a profit from here and there. I still have to go to servicing over there and I am afraid they would do more damage than servicing after reading reviews. And to tell all of you frankly there isn't even one good dealers in Fargo/Moorhead at all. More
