Pleasant and positive experience I was not really looking for a different vehicle, but I stumbled on a late model Highlander while perusing dealer websites one evening. Luke was the rep. who connected with me to follow up on my inquiry and to answer questions about the vehicle I might have. Luke was awesome to work with. He was friendly, patient, kind and respectful of my time and my perspective on researching this particular vehicle. It took the better part of a week to work through negotiations and to reach a final decision on purchasing the Highlander. Luke remained in touch during this time to answer any questions and to work with me on a deal that I felt was fair. When I finalized the purchase and I went back to Corwin to take possession of the vehicle, Luke made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience, that any concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed, and he remained attentive all the way until I drove out of the Corwin lot in my new vehicle. Luke helped make the entire experience positive and pleasant. He is a great asset to the Corwin organization. I left a happy 'first-time' Corwin customer. More

Very helpful and friendly It was very inconvenient because we drove a long ways away to come look at one car and we told Brennnen that we would be there at 8 am and he said he It was very inconvenient because we drove a long ways away to come look at one car and we told Brennnen that we would be there at 8 am and he said he would be there. But we waited for over an hour while they had a meeting right during opening time. My family and I were upset and wish these meetings would go on before open or be shorter than over an hour. great mid sized SUV with nice perks We were happy with our salesman Moe who came in on his day off to meet with us to test drive car. He was very knowledgeable on features of the car. He had the car inside for us as we requested to look over. Once purchased he had the car cleaned and warmed up ready for me to pick up. He is very personable. Only disappointment was a blemish that was “going to be buffed out” but could not be fixed which did not get deducted from our purchase price. My husband should not have signed papers until after that evaluation. Lesson learned. More
