Positive and practically stress free! I started looking at Corwin Toyota's online inventory and set up a test drive through their website. The salesman was great to work with and did a great job in explaining the different trim levels and features. They were willing to negotiate on price and were not overly pushy. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would consider returning to this dealership for future vehicle needs. More

Above and beyond my expectations I just leased my second vehicle from Corwin Toyota and they have cemented my loyalty to their dealership. Both times I have gone in there with a less than ideal budget, minimal wiggle room, and a need for a vehicle seemingly out of my price range...both times I’ve driven off the lot with my first choice. Worst Customer service ever! I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership before, They are very nice when you are there but after you purchase a vehicle from them the custo I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership before, They are very nice when you are there but after you purchase a vehicle from them the customer service is no longer exists. I never heard from them after the sale. I had an issue with my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. I contacted Nick about the issue and was told it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were ALL BUSY. I never heard from anyone. I finally had to call Toyota Customer relations an open a claim with them. It tool two phone call to them before anyone at Corwin Toyota called me back and we finally got the issued resolved after 3 weeks. I still have not heard from Nick or a manager. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
