Mishandled completely! I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to for I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to ford perhaps its a recall....then they messed up my loan paperwork and called to ask me for an additional $1000 and its been 3 weeks and they still have not paid off my trade in loan. Excellent service!! I really appreciated how Eric paid attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle. When the one I wanted originally sold he quickly found one I love I really appreciated how Eric paid attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle.
