Upsell We bought a minivan at this dealership loved our sales man Josh Swanson although he is from the Honda side. He was great to work with. Dave Collins did a good job as well talking about price and allowing me to buy at a ok price. Although the Finance guy being trained had a one track mind and that was to convince us to use all their services. We had access to all the money yet he wanted us to finance through them. He really pushed hard for me to buy extended insurance which we politely declined yet he seemed annoyed I would not buy it and continued to push. We told him we had our old plates for this van so just needed to register. I don’t think he heard any of what we told him including the guy training told him this is how it works in ND vs NY where he was from. He was checked out pretty much gave up in fact he left and allowed the other guy to finish paperwork. Why stay if we’re not buying extra stuff. Total of overcharge was $309 Orjer than that rest was good. Wife also found some trash in van. More

Unresponsive We have been waiting six months for Corwin, and Dusty specifically, to send us our prorated refund for our service warranty on a vehicle we purchased We have been waiting six months for Corwin, and Dusty specifically, to send us our prorated refund for our service warranty on a vehicle we purchased at Corwin. For six month, Dusty and other staff have been promising the check is on its way. But that is only on those occasions when they have stopped in to make the request in person or when we catch them on the phone. But most often he does not respond at all. His voicemail box as of 3/20/19 was full, meaning no one could leave messages. He has not responded to emails. Again, SIX MONTHS and counting, to get the modest refund, to which Corwin/Dusty themselves have confirmed we are entitled. It is truly bizzare behavior, and most confusing is why Dusty will not communicate to explain what is happening with the refund. Just tell us what is happening. Answer an email. We can only keep trying to reach out him ourselves, as he will not attempt to reach us to keep us informed. I will never buy Toyota again, much less a Corwin vehicle. More
