Absolutely fantastic salesman & product Patrick was wonderful and extremely helpful. He found us a car and had us approved faster than we imagined possible. Lier,Liers pants are burnt off!! Firtst I went to the whole Toyota& guy walks away from me & says you can come back when you can get money to buy a vechile!Really??? So it was 2 days Firtst I went to the whole Toyota& guy walks away from me & says you can come back when you can get money to buy a vechile!Really??? So it was 2 days later my dad & I went to Fargo looking for a vechile cause MY lease 2016 Ford F-150 Sport Pickup was coming up to the end& I was going to buy this time,we were looking at all lots& got to Toyota Corwin& stopped in. Told them how I felt& said I do not want that said to me again. Cheryl the one who writes up the loans got me a sales man which was a Great one! So we found a vechile& waited half the day witch Cheryl& her financing but they got it done. We left& went home.Then 2 days later I get a call from the place we got the loan through & sounds like all is great& then 2 days later Cheryl call me on my break at work& says we no longer have a loaner for the SUV! I wanted to puke! She said just wait to here from me& never heard from her for 6 days! Cheryl said it takes 6 days to go through the loans process! Confused me! Come to find out she lied on our app& said that my dad & I lived together& my dad had my cell number& ran us threw 25 different loan companies!! Still getting letter from loan places! This was end of Aug we did this deal! Crazy huh? Well then I was upset cause I had paid 190$ to put my blow& go in this vechile& I was to return it& find a different vechile? I was in tears by now!! I was tossed around by this place this whole time! I found another vechile& ask Cheryl to Corwin Toyota to help trade the blow& go again for 190$& she said that their was no way her or her boss Bob kietzer who NEVER answered my calls said they could help me after this was not my fault& it was Cheryl's fault for lying on the application for the Vechile! How do you sign for a car & leave all paper work & they take it back? Totally confused& hurt at this time. So I had to come up with 190$ again to trade the blow& go in to my new vechile.Because Corwin Toyota is broke& can not help me!So I told them to meet me where I was to get the vechile& they refused& so did I to return it to them cause I had no more money to do so! Well to tell you the truth I left it at the police station& told them! They then called& left me a message they wld pay for the 190$ When we got Their with the receipt. You think they actually did that??? xxxx no! Said it was in the mail! That was another lie Cheryl with finance & Bob kietzer the head boss said once again!! This place is a place to keep out of if you want a vechile at all!!!- pissed off - Thank you lists for Nothing! Erick Flick was very nice& caring sales person!! More

Worth the 250 Mile Drive! I found the exact car I was looking for at Corwin Toytota which was 250 miles away from where I live. Super pleased with Eric Johnson's customer service The patience and customer service I experienced from Eric Johnson was exceptional. While I was having a very hard time deciding between 2 cars he took The patience and customer service I experienced from Eric Johnson was exceptional. While I was having a very hard time deciding between 2 cars he took the time to not only ask questions about what was really important to me but actually listened to my answers. Once the car was decided he worked very hard at getting my payments in a range that worked for me and explained the financing in detail so I left not only loving my new ride but feeling very comfortable with my payments. In addition after a very long day he stayed 30 minutes after hours looking for the garage door opener I left in my vehicle I traded in. Which was found wedged between the seat. I also need to acknowledge Baker in the financing dept. He thoughally explained all extended warrenty's to us. Some we were interested in and the ones we were not he was not pushy about. Plus gave me 2 packs of a great ginger tea to bring home due to a cough I had! If your looking for a great car at a great price and customer service that goes above and beyond you have to deal with these guys! More
