Simple and great service I found a vehicle online, emailed an inquiry, and heard back within an hour. A few hours later, we were test driving the car and two days later we wer I found a vehicle online, emailed an inquiry, and heard back within an hour. A few hours later, we were test driving the car and two days later we were driving home in it! Brennen was so helpful and even on his day off, made sure that we were able to buy the vehicle with the help of his coworkers. I love the new car and will be back at Corwin Toyota of Fargo again! Disappointed Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric and explained the auto lights were not working, he told me lights would be under the bumper to bumper warranty, as I bought a pre-owned Toyota so it should be covered under the warranty. Took vehicle to Cedric Theel in Bismarck on November 23, 2018, they discovered an autostart was removed from this vehicle and the "the wire" was never reconnected for the auto lights. This was not covered under the warranty. We contacted Eric via phone, who instructed that we have Cedric Thell, sent them the bill and Corwin would pay for the cost to repair this wire. Today, I was contact by Cedric Theel and advised that Eric has now decided to not cover this bill. By the way the amount is $80.00. Couple of things, this was clearly missed in the certified check, as without this wire connected the day time running lights didn't even work and regrettably the Eric is not willing to stick to his words and take care of his customer. I would NOT recommended this salesman or Corwin toyota to anyone! More
