Poor customer service Will not be back. Bought vehicle in 2015. They always did a great job servicing vehicle through the years. Service department associates couldn't be Will not be back. Had appointment in late February to inspect engine for fluid leaking on ground and on some parts of engine. "Head mechanic" said there was nothing wrong. When I questioned his findings by opening hood and showing him fluids on hoses he was very rude and took offense to me questioning his findings. He walked away. The woman who was assigned to me was very apologetic and could see the fluids also. Not being a mechanic, she said there was nothing she could do. Took vehicle to another Automotive service center and found the leaks were transmission cooler lines and a power steering line. Easy fix. Problem solved. Apparently Corwin didn't want my business anymore. No, I do not, nor will I recommend Corwin Toyota. More

Outrageous place Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. Ended up paying over $100 more than that, I am sure due to them not having on hand the part needed (altho Needed a new alternator, was quoted at $550. Ended up paying over $100 more than that, I am sure due to them not having on hand the part needed (although I had an appointment for it). They used a remanufacured alternator that costed DOUBLE what it should have. I can only chalk this up to, again, them not having the part on hand and having to pay extra for urgent delivery which I had to flip the bill for. Complete crass. More

Will not buy from corwin The car sold to me was handed off with only one key and no service manual or car manual; now I will need to purchase these things elsewhere. Furtherm The car sold to me was handed off with only one key and no service manual or car manual; now I will need to purchase these things elsewhere. Furthermore, the car was handed to me out of gas; it literally ran out of gas at the dealership and the salesman put just enough in to get me to the nearest gas station. When only three days after purchase my car would not run, the dealership Informed me that I would need to take it to a dealership in my own town because the company would not pay to tow it back to Fargo to service it at there own company AND they refused to pay for the service charges, claiming that it was not their fault the car had stopped only three days after purchase. If Corwin can’t even provide something as simple as a service fee when a car purchased days before does not run, what else do I need To worry about? The car failing on the highway? During negative degree temperatures? While I have My young nieces and nephews in the car? This is NOT good business and it’s appalling to think that any company would treat their customers in this way. More
