like family This was my first NEW truck, it took 52yrs to get it but it was like fate sending me to Corwin, i fell in love with the Tacoma Truck on line and never This was my first NEW truck, it took 52yrs to get it but it was like fate sending me to Corwin, i fell in love with the Tacoma Truck on line and never thought i would own one in less than a week of searching,,for even a used one was almost impossible to find, seem`s Toyota Owners keep hold of their Vehicles longer than the lease is up, all of which took me on a driving trip around town to possibly find this Tacoma pickup i was chasing, My last stop of my day and a phone call after filling out a carsearch website with my info and Truck i wanted was about to pay off, I got a call from Eric Johnson from Corwin oddly enough as i was headed toward where he works, and we hit it off right away, getting paperwork and everything else takes time so we visited and shared some laughs, Sadly the numbers were not on my side and i left that day in my 1998 Dodge Ram i had been driving for 14yrs back home with not much thought anything was going to happen,, 2 days later i get a call from one of the finance managers asking if i was still interested in the Tacoma which i was, as she then quoted me the Monthly lease price which fell exactly where i needed it to be., I scheduled with Eric the next day and we sat down to some new Numbers and it was then that i realized this might actually be for real,, everyone i was introduced to in the dealership was so positive and helpful from getting my first service scheduled to getting some accessories lined up and all before i signed any paperwork,, Now one more important person in this deal was the last man i would have to sit down with and see if everything was legit money wise., and this guy was amazing and one of the most pleasant and genuinely caring man i have had the pleasure of dealing with, besides having my salesman Eric working on my side i was lucky enough to meet this man in charge of the lease and bank`s application, which started looking like doom had come rolling back from a 2year credit we had fixed but found out they didnt feel like playing nice, i sat there as Mr. Baker Khalaf Finance Manager literally worked on my behalf and talked to the Bank himself after hearing my story, that he actually was proud of how my wife and i had brought our credit rating back from disaster to good, talk about having someone who made me feel like family, this team of Salesman and Finance Guru , Eric and Baker had me in this Tacoma and out the door with one of the best feelings a guy can have, and that is people that really showed they cared about the needs and feelings of another human , just buying a vehicle and driving away happier than i have in a very long time. Every step of the process from scheduling my test drive with Brennen Tracy to signing all of the agreements was thoroughly explained, never rushed and totally professional. Buying my car went from a nerve-wracking experience to a pleasant one just walking in the door. All of my licensing was arranged perfectly and Brennen even called just a few months later to let me know the staff had found a spare key for my car that had been misplaced. I consider that to be great customer service after the sale. More

Really good service. I had a pretty great experience buying my first car from a dealership. My car salesman was awesome with answering all my questions and showing me the I had a pretty great experience buying my first car from a dealership. My car salesman was awesome with answering all my questions and showing me the car. He was able to get me a really good price on the car as well. My only issue is that the service tire pressure monitor system message came on while driving the car home and seen the front passenger tps stopped registering my tires pressure. More
