So, we have been loyal Toyota drivers for years. Today, looking for a Highlander, we stopped in. No greeting from the receptionists (they were both laughing over something) and went to the Highland Today, looking for a Highlander, we stopped in. We opened every door, crawled inside, opened the hatch all the time with about 5 sales people with in 15 feet of us. Not one person greeted us. No one asked us if we had questions or needed help. We wanted to take one for a test drive. The nearest two salesmen (right next to the car) were talking and one got up and went to his computer with his back to us. The other wandered off. Apparently the dealership is making such good money, they don't want our business. We went across the street and bought a Kia Telluride. They are the best advertising for their neighbors. More

I had recently took my car for an oil change at a local dealership in LaVista , Ne. They failed to put my oil cap back on and I had drove from Louisville, Ne to 60 miles out from Fargo, ND. My low oil warn dealership in LaVista , Ne. They failed to put my oil cap back on and I had drove from Louisville, Ne to 60 miles out from Fargo, ND. My low oil warning light came on and I thought was odd because I had just had it changed. I pulled over to a rest area and by then my car was smoking. I had to be towed from rest area to your location. My car did not make it there before closing. The next day, by around 4 I was notified my car was ready to go. The mechanics did amazing work in little time and saved me from having to travel with a rental car for additional days. I am completely disgusted by work performed by Baxter Toyota if Lavista, Ne. Extremely satisfied with the work completed at Corwin Fargo, ND location. I worked with Lori in reference to what it was going to cost for the repair. I want to apologize to her because I took my anger out on her and it was not her fault. I had been stuck at a rest area the day before for over eight hours in the hot sun and unable to turn on my vehicle to cool off. After I arrived to your shop, The tow truck driver had to drive me to a hotel until morning in order for me to get a rental car because rental place was closed already. The next morning, I had to unload all of my equipment and place it into a rental car, and after my vehicle was fixed, I had to turn around and do the same and place everything back into my own vehicle. It was not her fault but when she told me about the cost, I kinda got very upset. She did contact Lavista facility and they did take care of the matter, but it was just very disturbing at the time and again my biggest apologies if I treated (Lori) you with any kind of anger .
