Three weeks ago I paid to have my cabin filter changed and new wiper blades put on. Realized this weekend when I went to use my wipers that they hadn’t been replaced. I understand there were extenuating circumstances but my van was there for 3 days the first time around (because it was blocked in the shop by a service vehicle) for an oil change AND then I had to go back in and sit there. They could have offered some compensation. More

Very friendly but was not able to diagnose our check engine light. A second mechanic looked at it and has some ideas of what needs to be looked at but since it falls under warranty they can’t justify th engine light. A second mechanic looked at it and has some ideas of what needs to be looked at but since it falls under warranty they can’t justify the work since they never check the vehicle in the state that it has problems in (cold temps). So we will have to wait for colder days to have them look at it again and hope nothing goes wrong. Frustrating that I don’t trust it to drive out of town and have to rely in trusting a 2008 t&c over a vehicle they sold last year. More
