The dealership was quick but I wasn't told that they had to order in part to complete my service that I paid for and would need to come back another day. The quote you gave for services needed apparently didn't include labor charges. That was explained to me after I signed off on services and received the bill. When I questioned the increased cost over what I signed off on I was first told.that I should never have expected a brake replacement to only cost 87.00 dollars, that the software didn't include labor to the estimates when service was previously declined, and that I should only accept what the service rep tells me what the final cost would be. That would have been an ok answer for me had my service rep come and talk to me about it instead of sending an inaccurate quote. In addition I was told 90 minutes for the service. I assumed 2.5 hours with the added service I told was critical. The total wait time was 4.5 hours, causing me to cancel another appointment. Frankly that is unacceptable. I will not be back to this dealership. More
