A bit hard sell on services “recommended”. A bit reluctant to apply $20 discount. Dishonest pricing and hidden fees. Website gave me a price for services. Estimated invoice I signed off on the morning of service gave same price. Check out invoice added new “shop fees” which they claimed goes on “every invoice” but they couldn’t explain why that was not previously disclosed on the prior two invoices if they knew they were going to charge such. It’s an issue of honesty and integrity, and they fought tooth and nail to hit me with the higher bill, which I didn’t pay. The service center also “recommended” multiple services for which the car had already received and was notated in the service history of the vehicle to which the dealership had access to. Pushing services/repairs the car didn’t need. Again, an integrity issue. First and last time I’ll use Corwin. I should have put more merit into the poor ratings the dealership has online. More

We had asked for this way back at purchase & were totally ignored by both staff involved with purchase/picking up car. I appreciate the listening & assistance. More
Well, I had the car in for work and had to return it to get the horn hooked back up and now I find they didn't get the light to the dial that changes where the air flows. I am sure it is something that wi get the horn hooked back up and now I find they didn't get the light to the dial that changes where the air flows. I am sure it is something that will require time and taking the dash back apart to fix. I just wish whomever works on the car would check to make sure everything is hooked back up when they are done. For the most part I like Corwin but now and then they goof. More
Corwin’s service center is garbage. Huge turnover in people over the past year. This was my 3rd visit to the dealership in which it has been increasingly frustrating. Called to schedul Huge turnover in people over the past year. This was my 3rd visit to the dealership in which it has been increasingly frustrating. Called to schedule a tire replacement as I have Toyota’s Tire Protection. Goal was to schedule appt and then get tire prices on two new tires to complete the set. Only needed two as 1 tire was replaced last year. Service rep answered phone, asked if I was customer and drove a 2017 Highlander. All info pulled up with phone number. Explained situation but wasnt sure about additional tire stock as they had 1. Not a big issue as I would talk to rep when I dropped off. Next morning dropped off vehicle, explained situation wanted quote on 2 new tires. Rep fired back that new tires wouldnt be covered under warranty, duh, and that I would need 3 with AWD. I never got to finish my sentence that 1 tire had been replaced last year. Tire plan also provides dentless repair which I asked about and rep relied they dont do body repair and I would need to go elsewhere. Overall tone was that i was bothering him with my questions. Went to reps desk and was told that he would call with prices. It was to big of an inconvenience to do it right then and there. Voiced my displeasure and left irritated. When rep called back he was more than happy to point out all other items I should consider such as coolant flush, brake fluid and finally tires. Simply put Corwin’s needs were placed and pushed before my need of 2 new tires. I got dropped off, went and signed for tire and was told my Highlander was parked in client lot. Went out to client lot and my vehicle was not there. Pressed alarm on remote and still no vehicle. I was already aggravated and keeping my temper in check but this was the final straw. Rep caught me before going inside, took my keys and attempted to locate vehicle. Went inside to see Service Manager, door was open and he was talking to an employee. Asked if he was busy and was told yes. He could see I was visibly frustrated and finally came out. When I was trying to explain he just looked like a lost little child without not knowing how to diffuse the situation. His #2 then took over and led me into the garage where my vehicle had finally appeared. Explained my frustration was told sorry and that essentially that they service over 300 vehicles a day and phone calls to service are directed to a call center. Also learned that the 3 people I had interactions with had only been there for less than 4 months. Not sure if people leave on their own due to the name on the building of Corwin and them not providing the support and didication to Service. My interpretation was that they are too busy in turning and burning volume when it comes to vehicles. Service is not the #1 priority as they can make up anything in volume. All in all that is fine but when I was out Highlander shopping I inquired about why Corwin’s sale prices were 2-3 grand more than comparable Toyota dealerships. I was told it was because of the quality of service and attention to detail when buying used vehicle. I find this to be xx after the following. Another kicker, I purchased the oil change package as it’s close to home. I have purposefully changed the cabin filter prior to taking in. After the visit I wad told I needed a new cabin filter. I also changed the cabin filter on a family member and friends Highlander. They took their vehicles in for oil change within 60 days and were told that their filters needed replaced. Those courtesy checks are xx as they dont physically check anything. The only thing they check is what is stored in the computer and if it hasnt been done by them then they will push you to foolishly pay their high prices and low quality service. We will see what happens after this review but as of now I would recommend a different Toyota dealership that doesnt have a high turnover of reps More
