Not interested in keeping a customer! I've been with Corwin since I leased my 2022 RAV4 in February 2022. Love the car, but the service has recently become unbearable. Tried to contact Mr. Borts to talk about the issues I've encountered with some of his employees and he has not had the courtesy to return my calls. So, from now on my service for this vehicle and purchases of future Toyotas will be done through Baxter Toyota. More
We bought a 2016 minivan from the used car lot here about 2 1/2 years ago. We also bought the extended warranty that covered 60,000 miles/5 years. They told us there was no deductible if we brought it to t 2 1/2 years ago. We also bought the extended warranty that covered 60,000 miles/5 years. They told us there was no deductible if we brought it to them for warranty work. We took it into the service dept at Corwin for warranty work as the vehicle was misfiring. They told us nothing was wrong, it was maybe bad gas. They suggested changing the spark plugs, in which we did. Ten months later to April 2023 we took it in for the exact same problem. They told us we needed a new engine and now we were outside our warranty. They told us we were 16k miles over our warranty on our van. We asked for them to make it right since we just took it to them 10 months ago for the same issue. They gave us a bill of 11k dollars to put a new engine in. Todd the service manager, said that they did all they could. We took it home and realized that it was only 4k miles over the warranty on the vehicle. We called and spoke with Todd again and he offered no remorse. More

Not honest.I was far from home and needed an oil change Not honest. I was far from home and needed an oil change in my 2019 Lexus ES300h (50k miles). Corwin was quick to give me a next-day appointment. Ho Not honest. I was far from home and needed an oil change in my 2019 Lexus ES300h (50k miles). Corwin was quick to give me a next-day appointment. However, when I arrived, and as I spoke with the advisor, he told me that their "alignment sensor" at the garage door entry ran a check and that my alignment was off. He even showed me the result (right rear camber was off, even though it turned out to be within tolerance). I approved the alignment for an additional $125. Once they got the car they also recommended the filters (of course), and said that the transmission transaxle fluid should be changed (add'l $185). Well, the transaxle is a completely sealed system. Toyota (and Lexus) don't even have a maintenance interval for the transaxle fluid, though my local mechanic says it will go 200k. Other mechanics have corroborated that. I turned all that down. When the car was done, the advisor did not give me the alignment results. I asked for them, and they did not match (really even closely) what the garage-door sensor had registered. The mechanic did take a mechanical reading , and two of the initial measurements were barely off, but not enough for a full alignment. So that was $125 down the drain. And if I had listened to their recommendations, I would have been out an additional $300. I just can't imagine how many people fall for this. However, while I'm sure it happens everywhere, I expect better of any business in the State of Nebraska. (By the way, I just don't feel like this was the fault of Arturo, my service advisor. I get the feeling he was trying to do what he's been told to do, likely by a pushy management team.) More

Took our car to get an alignment. When it was finished we paid the bill and left. After driving it we noticed the car was still drifting to the right. We took the car back and they told us that they were not paid the bill and left. After driving it we noticed the car was still drifting to the right. We took the car back and they told us that they were not able to align my car because they needed to have a special tool, but still charged us for the alignment.. I would not recommend doing any business with a company that doesn't do the work but charges you and doesn't even have the decency to be honest with the customer. More
The service department is a joke! We were 17 days over the 12 months on an alignment issue, but 2,000 miles under since this was our 10,000 mile service. I am sorry but with a COVID year in 2020, the car being under by 2,000 and only 17 days over the 12 months, they could have done better. And they are still calling and dont under stand why we are upset. We bought 2 brand new vehicles at the same time get a clue. We took care of you in a hard time, return the favor! More

Their services are awful and will do everything in their power to steal from you and make it impossible to get any decent service after they have taken everything from you. 1. I had a 720 credit score and the "best" they could offer me was a 7.13% APR. I had to take it as I had a situation where I needed a car ASAP. 2. They said they handled everything from plates and registration and that is not true as I went to pick up my plates to the place they sent me to and guess what, I had to pay an extra $3,000 for the plates. When I tried to make sense of the situation they would send me from person to person and everyone telling me they had no idea what was going on and that they could do nothing. 3. Fast forward to now where I am trying to sell the car as I took a job overseas. I called in April of 2021 to get the service package removed from the car's total lean, which is $4,000 that it takes off from the car. They told me in April that it took 6 to 8 weeks to get that sorted with the bank that own my loan. So I waited and called in June, 2021. When I called no one had any recollection of me trying to get the service package removed. I showed evidence and all they could do is start the process over and tell me to wait another six to eight weeks. So I call every week to see if things are moving and every week I get a different response of someone saying: "I have no idea what you are talking about". I had to call the Ally Auto and place them in a call with a Toyota representative to literally tell them how to complete the transaction and guess what? To this day it still has not been completed and every time I call I get another excuse and someone saying: "Oh let me completed right now, and just wait another six to eight weeks". I have lost about four people interested in the car because of their mediocre service and have had to pay for four months for a car that I do not use. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MEDIOCRE COMPANY! More
