Costumer service We bought a certified Toyota and after two days the engine light went off. I came back to get it fixed and the mechanic told me that someone forgot to We bought a certified Toyota and after two days the engine light went off. I came back to get it fixed and the mechanic told me that someone forgot to reboot the system. He rebooted it. Also, at the time of the purchase the salesperson and sales manager promised us to detail the car. We had to come back three times because they said that they cleaned three times, but they didn't. Today, I went to other dealership for oil change and 4 items that should have been fixed while doing the certified process failed. Really bad customer services. More

On subsequent appointments to deal with frame rust recall issues, I was given the runaround and they didn't return phone calls. I then dealt directly with Toyota corporation and had everything changed to another dealership in the area. More
