Great Andrew I flew from Chicago to Nebraska for the first time, even though my sales man was John Projar, Andrew also communicated with me and helped out John. When my plane landed, I was picked up in a matter of few minutes. Andrew pulled up in nice red sporty Kia stinger and swoop in less than ten minutes we were at Corwin Toyota dealership. Andrew was very friendly and he introduced me to Corwin Toyota team,he showed me around the dealership. I was offered coffee and snack right way and than we went for a test drive in my new Rav4. Andrew showed me everything I needed to know about my Toyota and than we went straight to paperwork. He understood that my time was precious,he went straight to work on my purchase. All the numbers played out well, I ended up buying my new Rav 4 for the price that John negotiated with me on the phone.. No extras was pushed at me at the end.. Great experience buying a used car I walked in to Corwin in Bellevue to try to figure out what kind of car I wanted. I test drove several cars and Jared asked questions to determine the best car for me. We decided on a 2016 Toyota Camry. He took my offer to the manager, who was not willing to meet my offer. I left feeling no pressure, but asked Jared to continue to look for a car for me. A few days later, the market price of the car went down and we were able to make a deal. Jared went above and beyond to insure I had a fun experience. He made sure the car was gassed up, clean and ready to go. He even had coffee waiting for me when I came to pick it up! I had several questions regarding the vehicle which the salesman was unable to answer, My husband recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After speaking with the manager about these issues, the manager became frustrated stating I was “trapping” him and hung up. I was shocked at the manager’s unprofessional manner of conduct and inability to control his temper with a customer. Needless to say, my issues regarding the vehicle purchased were left unanswered.
