They were in a rush to move me through process. Vincent was not available on that day I came to store. Sales person Michael showed frustrations. I didn’t feel valued as customer. I asked him to remove the lock on my hitch and he told me to buy penetrating oil and I could use key to get it off. They never explained final terms of sale. Adding things into the contract that we were not aware of until signing final paperwork. I did make them change paperwork. I don’t think the aftermarket manager was helpful or honest. I have been quoted cheaper prices at other dealerships and she pushed me to go somewhere else. I felt like we were cattle and just moving us through. I almost walked away. I don’t plan to come back. The service overall was horrible. It is like no one cares. Get the sale and then it’s next one up. I don’t feel any appreciation for buying a vehicle. I would have love to talk with a manager but I am sure they would not call or talk with me. The overall culture maybe about pushing cars today not about the future. More

Vincent was wonderful!!! The day before I contacted a sales man that was supposed to complete all the paperwork on a highlander we knew we wanted and he dropped the xxxxx after running our credit. Vincent did a complete sale to us in recorded timing because we had a newborn and my husband had to get to work. The finance manger dropped the ball though over charging us for our loan then he accused us the next day of not paying our 2,000 deposit which we did and thank gosh my husband ask for a receipt. One of the main mangers Carlos then fixed our agreement for us and Vincent brought it to our home to resign it. We love the vehicle, just be careful who you pick to deal with. But I highly recommend Vincent and Carlos if you have issues. More
