The little haggling we did do was all over text as I didnt have availability to visit the dealership. We had of course test driven the vehicle before and agreed to our base contingent on a rattle being fixed. Rick took care of that issue and reminded the used car manager that he had indeed promised to fix it. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and other vehicles as well. His 30+ years in the business showed well. I would also vouch for the service department when they fixed the rattle for us a couple if weeks after we took possession of the vehicle. Veryprofessional, personable and efficient from the service manager to the courtesy shuttle driver. More
