Purchase of a '19 Tacoma SR5 I went into Corwin just wanting to look at a Tacoma but not wanting to purchase one. With the help of Martha Colburn I checked out a few Tacomas but I I went into Corwin just wanting to look at a Tacoma but not wanting to purchase one. With the help of Martha Colburn I checked out a few Tacomas but I liked one in particular. I got my used '17 Corolla valued there and a ball park figure for monthly payments on a Tacoma just to see some numbers. While respecting my wish to not purchase a vehicle that day they politely negotiated their offer for my Corolla and the Tacoma I was interested in, in my favor until I was happy enough with the results to purchase the truck. The entire process from test driving the truck to filling out the paperwork was painless. My truck was customized at Corwin and i spoke with everyone involved in the process to answer every question and the parts manager even offer me discounts on additional accessories for my truck. Martha was very helpful during the entire process and if she didn't know something I had a question about she didn't hesitate to find someone with an answer. Overall, very pleased with the experience and helpfulness of all the staff involved in my transaction. More

Of the 4 dealerships we visited, Corwin was one of the most pleasant. Jim and Alex made us feel welcome and relaxed every step of the way, and at no time did they engage in the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics that give car sales a bad name. Jim and checked in with us, but gave us the time and space to make our decision even though it was at the end of the month, when I am sure they are under pressure to meet goals. In fact, it was their approach that eventually helped us make the decision. Their competitor misrepresented their position late in negotiations, so we went with the people that we trusted. One of the few car deals I've made where I came away feeling good about the deal and the experience. Thanks and keep up the great work! More

Lies. Waiting. And more lies. Don't bother stopping here if you aren't buying a Toyota. Service has been subpar. They billed me for pulse brake light protection as they told me it was mandatorily installed and there was no negotiating the $395 fee. Yet every time I asked about it, they never bothered to show me it on the Honda CRV I bought. First time buyer here, I went to the dealership after a full day of work, and it was late and I was hungry- I take blame for not insisting it be shown to me. I came home and tested it out every way imaginable and my third brake light never looked any different. When I asked to see the documents showing it had been installed, they wanted me to drive back from Lincoln to have it looked by the service department. As soon as I mentioned reimbursement for time, mileage, and gas I was offered a refund. Come to find out, it had never been installed. Check your car that you get what you're paying for!!! I was also told I could add gap protection for only $7 more monthly for my 72 month loan yet my document stated I was billed almost 3x that amount. I called the finance person Richard Powell to get that canceled and was promised it would be adjusted from my bill of sale so that I don't pay taxes for it at the dmv. Yet I was mailed out the original copy. Called Richard Powell again and he blamed the mail clerk. He promised it would be mailed via Fedex with next day delivery and I'd be emailed the tracking number. Here I am today, the day after it was supposed to arrive without ever getting the tracking information, having left a voicemail to once again get my paperwork sorted out. .... I ended up getting my adjusted bill of sale 3 days after the expected date. I'm sure it was mailed the day I called back to inquire about it's whereabouts. Upon reviewing it, the pulse protection brake light was not removed. When I called to discuss it and request a refund for the tax amount I'd have to pay for it at the DMV, Richard treated me like he was doing me a favor giving me a refund... as if I should just pay the DMV for something not installed in my car. It is now near two weeks later and I am still waiting for that check. I was given the run around with it being mailed, or wait they don't know what happened to it, or blame it on the other clerk who didn't mail it out. It was promised to arrive today certified yet here I am again waiting. Speaking of the DMV, I went in this week as my tags were to expire. I get there and the DMV clerk tells me the dealership failed to completely fill out my title so it was sent back the previous week. I had to call their title clerk to get it done so I could return the following day to register my car. Moral of this story: Don't shop or buy at Corwin Toyota unless you want to be lied to, given the run around, and find yourself calling numerous times a week while you wait for them to follow through with their jobs. More
