Took our car to get an alignment. When it was finished we paid the bill and left. After driving it we noticed the car was still drifting to the right. We took the car back and they told us that they were not paid the bill and left. After driving it we noticed the car was still drifting to the right. We took the car back and they told us that they were not able to align my car because they needed to have a special tool, but still charged us for the alignment.. I would not recommend doing any business with a company that doesn't do the work but charges you and doesn't even have the decency to be honest with the customer. More

I brought a truck less than a month ago. I can not believe they over charged the sales price from what I agreed to pay. The dishonesty at Corwin Toyota in Bellevue is truly repulsive. I "claimed" a car on their website, at a price listed there, agreed to a $1000 deposit, made an appointment, and confirmed the appointment repulsive. When I arrived, they said the car we had agreed upon was "sold last night." Yet they still confirmed my appointment this morning at 9:30, just four hours before our scheduled meeting instead of telling us the car had been sold? xxxxxxxx. I'll do what I can on social media to let people know how crudely dishonest Corwin Toyota in Bellevue really is. Yuck. More
