I visited the dealership to test drive a 2011 Toyota Rav 4. The vehicle had nearly bald tires, the interior had not been detailed well at all and the check engine light was on throughout the test drive. T 4. The vehicle had nearly bald tires, the interior had not been detailed well at all and the check engine light was on throughout the test drive. The engine ran very rough when stopped and in gear. Rick that salesmen, took the vehicle to the service dept when we returned to the dealership. While the vehicle was being reviewed by the service dept, we discussed the price for the vehicle. Rick clearly understood the situation, however his Sales Manager (who did not bother to come have a conversation so I do not have his/her name) was very unwilling to budge despite the obvious issues with the vehicle. In the end they were only willing to take $400 off the price tag, without replacing the tires. Given the size of the dealership, I expected the vehicle would have never been made available for a test drive in its current condition. I certainly also expected a more common sense approach to the pricing of the vehicle. Rick was great to work with and demonstrated a no-non-sense approach. Otherwise the experience was extremely disappointing. More
