I was in the market for a white Highlander Hybrid, which is a bit hard to find in this market as it's a popular color. My wife and I went into the dealership and ended up working with Brad Darden. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He showed us the incoming vehicles and explained that there were only 2 white Highlander Hybrids scheduled for the next few months. He said he could try to find us one that met our criteria, but it'd be tough right now because dealers don't have much incentive to trade. So, while we didn't want to spend an extra $1k for the navigation system, we did so that we could get the vehicle. Kudos to Brad for thoroughly explaining the state of the market and helping us get the one we wanted. The KBB trade offer I received on their website was $9k, and they ended up making a final offer of $8,500, as there was some bumper damage I had forgotten about. The other dealership initially offered me $4k for our trade, so I was pleased to see that Corwin's offer was very fair and reflected the market. Unlike other salespeople I've worked with, Brad was not pushy at all, didn't try to sell me on warranties or financing that I didn't want, and made a fair offer for my trade. He also did a wonderful job explaining that, while he could try to find me a Highlander that fit my exact wants, it'd be tough in this market. I had to make a compromise on one of the features, but I was happy to do it to get the color, seat layout, and interior I wanted. That said, I'd highly recommend Corwin Toyota for anyone in the market, and would ask to work with Brad. You won't regret it! More

Worked a two car deal, one we took immediate delivery and other was in transport. Dealership chose to sell my vehicle to a higher bidder, did not tell me until I called, emailed several times. I test drove a '21 Tundra there. While driving it, I pointed out to Andrew Robinson that the steering was off. He assured me that they would check it out. I signed. The said the alignment checked out fine after having it two days. Aftermarket guy ordered wrong running boards. I ended up leaving with what they got because I was tired of not having my vehicle. Driving home and the truck pulls. I have to drive with the steering wheel cocked to the left to keep it between the lines. I called them back. They said to bring it the next week. Two more days of my time and gas wasted. Someone finally drove it and saw what I was talking about. They said they fixed it. I drove it that night and it was the same. I called Andrew because at this point I wanted my old truck back. He told me that they gave me such a great price. I guess I was to be happy with that. After talking to service a few times I was told that ALL Toyotas drive that way. I went to Village Pointe to test drive one. They DON'T all drive that way. I traded in a truck that I hadn't even registered yet for a truck that drive straight. They treat women as if we are ignorant. I will sway all from going there. They were dismissive on the phone and would let my emails go unanswered. More
