Brought a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid from Corwin last year. First and most importantly they lied to me about the navigation system assuring twice before we brought the car that a simple app could be purchase First and most importantly they lied to me about the navigation system assuring twice before we brought the car that a simple app could be purchase from Toyota to put it in. After repeated attempts I discovered that no such app existed. When confronted they said they would take our new car in on a trade for a more expensive model. We also had trouble with the floor mat but couldn’t fix it. We finally took it to Baxter and they fixed the mat and have continued with them for routine maintenance. The lack of the upfront navigation has caused many problems. Also the window seals, navigation and speed control on the RAV4 are inferior to my 2011 Prius with its 175000miles. I regret buying from Corwin and this Toyota model. More
