He provides a high intelligence of everything I needed to know about my new Rav4 and also gave me a memorable Taylor Swift jam sesh on the test drive (VERY important). 10/10 will be going back to Cody for my car buying needs. ALSO huge shoutout to Michael and Reza for finding my dream car to be allocated to the dealership. The communication was exceptional. They have checked off every box of what I was looking for in my new car! And not only did they deal with an annoying/needy customer every week, they also provided me with snacks along the way! I was referred to Dylan from a Childhood friend of mine, said he was easy to work with and knew I was looking for something specific. I don’t trust car salesman at all. I think they all are conmen. Dylan on the other hand, changed my whole perspective of what the car buying process portrays. We looked at used and New options and looked at financing options for both, and we ended up with a 2023 Tundra 1794. He made it smooth and easy in and out in less than 90 minutes. I’m just shocked that it was that easy, no haggling necessary (I love haggling) btw. I will always know where to go if I’m looking or if I know someone who is in the market for a vehicle. I’m going to this guy right here. More

Madison was very pleasant and nice, you can tell she is learning which is not a fault of her own, with more experience I believe she will be a great salesperson. I did have a minor issue with management learning which is not a fault of her own, with more experience I believe she will be a great salesperson. I did have a minor issue with management. There was a problem with my form 6, I had to wait nearly a month to get my form 6 in order to get my plates, registration and pay my taxes. They (Corwin) told me they didn’t have the title and once the got the title they had to redo it because there was no place to sign. This whole process took nearly a month, I don’t like driving with expired tags needless to say temp tags. The lady (sorry forgot her name) who helped me was very nice, other than her the management was ok. More

WOW! What a terrible business! We spent the morning test driving. We told them we wanted to buy it. Another couple walked in to look at the car. They What a terrible business! After we agreed upon price and filled out the credit app. The manager came over and let us know the couple that came in was willing to pay $4k more then the price we had already agreed upon. I would need to up my price or he was selling it to them. Unbelievable! What happened to right of first refusal? What happened to the agreed upon price! He said he has to chase the dollars! I said this is really bad business, you want to ruin a relationship of $4k! We walked out! I will NEVER EVER BE BACK!!! BAD Business!!!!! More
Coy was talking to us about buying warranty and my wife didn’t want any so he got irritated and things went down from there. After my wife said we aren’t interested he got mad and you can hear it in his voice and facial expression also he went from gently typing to typing aggressively. I tried working with a sales person that was assigned to me from using their website. I reached out to him about a few vehicles and all they did was give me a ridiculously high quote. I sent a screenshot from Toyota’s website asking about a lease and his response was: “Nope” “Sean, there is no inventory. It’s not about getting the right deal it’s about getting the vehicle you want.” I told him I’m sending his response to their dealership for others to see his response and he said “sounds good sir”. More
