This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I had just sold a vehicle that I could no longer afford. I had looked online for some vehicles that I felt that I could afford. I mentioned that I had planned to finance a vehicle. The first vehicle the said was not available was that it had a branded title. The second vehicle could not be found although the salesman had the keys. I filled out a form for credit. The salesman then give some models to see which I might be interested in. The model that I selected had a lot of damage. There was duct tape on the rear quarter panel on the passenger side. There was a dent in the hood and damage on the front panel on the driver's side. I had taken a big hit recently on my credit score. When I left I felt like a second class citizen. More
